B.Voc in Mechanical Fitter Engineering

The Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc) in Mechanical Fitter Engineering is a three-year vocational program aimed at equipping students to install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems, machines, and equipment. The program teaches fitting methods, machining operations, welding, assembling, reading blueprints, safety procedures, and maintenance practices.

Through intense emphasis on hands-on training, workshops, and plant exposure, students gain practical skills to function efficiently in mechanical and manufacturing sectors. With supervision by industry experts and experienced faculty members, the program prepares students for employability with up-to-date technical competencies.

Graduates can be employed as Mechanical Fitter, Maintenance Technician, Assembly Engineer, Quality Inspector, and Plant Supervisor in sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, power plants, oil & gas, construction, and heavy machinery.

Eligibility- Candidates must have scored 50% (for SC/ST/OBC 45%) marks in aggregate in 12th Standard or an equivalent examination, recognized by State or Central Education Board.
